Almost time to go

It’s almost time to go to Russia!  We have one very important meeting this Sunday (7 June).  We need to have release paperwork from each team member.  If we don’t have it you can’t go.
Also, there will be lot of good information and some food, too.
See you there!

City Itineraries

City Itineraries

Greetings!  Some people have been asking about the itineraries in the cities so below is what we know about them.  They are subject to change due to a number of reasons.  Our very knowledgeable guides in each city may make last minute changes to give the group the best possible experience.  As you can see, those are some full days!  Comfortable walking shoes, appropriate clothes for the churches, and lots of energy are all you need!

Ready for takeoff

Ready for takeoff!

They are about to leave Seattle – about 35 minutes late.  The connection in Amsterdam has plenty of time so this should not be an issue.

The next update will be around midnight (Pacific time) when they get to Amsterdam.

Arrived Amsterdam

Arrived Amsterdam

The team has landed in Amsterdam!  The hard part is over.  In a couple of hours they will fly to Moscow.  So, by 6:00am Pacific time they should be in Russia.
Updates as I get them…

On the road to Kitezh

On the road to Kitezh

The team has gotten all their bags and are in the bus headed to Kitezh.  It is a long drive made longer by “crazy” traffic (Loretta’s word) as they leave Moscow.  They should be in Kitezh by 1 or 2 pm Pacific time.

They are in Kitezh

They are in Kitezh

The team has arrived in Kitezh!!  Loretta reports that they are exhausted but all good. 28 hours to get to Kitezh isn’t all that bad when you consider how far they have gone.
They are going to bed so there will probably not be any updates until tomorrow at the earliest.
